For safety reasons, we cannot perform tasks such as mould removal, working at heights, or lifting heavy furniture.Our cleaners use only approved and eco-friendly products provided by Premium Cleaning Service by Olga.
Please make sure we have access to your home at the scheduled time.Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance. Later cancellations may be subject to a fee.
Payment is due on the day of service or within 24 hours after completion.We accept common forms of payment (credit cards, e-transfers, etc.).Late payments may be subject to additional fees.
Your satisfaction is very important to us. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, please notify us within 24 hours. We’ll gladly return to correct the issue at no additional cost. In rare cases where the service was genuinely unsatisfactory and this can be reasonably demonstrated, we may also issue a refund. Please note that this applies only to legitimate concerns, and not in cases where a space has been intentionally dirtied after cleaning with the purpose of requesting compensation.
