We accept payments by e-transfer, cash or cheque . Please note that paying in cash does not exempt you from the provincial GST (5%) tax, which must still be applied. Payment is due on the day of service or within 24 hours after completion.

We understand that plans can change. Please let us know at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule to avoid any fees. This helps us keep our team’s schedule organized and provide reliable service to all clients.
Yes! A small, consistent team (usually 2–3 cleaners) will be assigned to your home. This means you’ll always see familiar faces who know your space and your cleaning preferences.
Yes! We bring all the necessary cleaning products and equipment. If you’d prefer us to use your own supplies, just let us know in advance.
Not at all! Most clients aren’t home during their cleaning, and that’s perfectly fine. If you provide entry instructions (like a door code, lockbox, or hidden key), we’ll keep that information securely on file for future visits. Your privacy and security are always respected.
The duration depends on the size of your home, the type of cleaning, and any additional tasks (for example, cleaning a space with many small toys). That’s why we prefer to discuss all your cleaning needs with you personally before the appointment, to avoid any misunderstandings.
Yes, absolutely. One of the main advantages of hiring a professional cleaning service instead of an independent cleaner is full insurance coverage. If something unexpected happens — such as an injury or accidental damage — you’re protected. Every member of our team is fully insured and carefully background-checked before they start working with us.
Your satisfaction is very important to us. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, please let us know within 24 hours. We’ll happily return to fix the issue at no extra cost. In rare cases where the service was truly unsatisfactory and this can be reasonably demonstrated, we’re also willing to offer a refund. Please note, however, that this applies only to genuine concerns — not situations where a space was intentionally made dirty again after the cleaning.
